Why not rent a commercial spot at the New Hamburg Fall Fair! Limited spots are available, to ensure yours please contact Stephanie as soon as possible.

Indoor Exhibits

• Set up must be completed before 5:00pm Friday September 14, 2012. Dismantling will take place after 5:00 pm on Saturday September 15, 2012 and not prior to that time.

• Electrical hook up is available. Extension cords are NOT supplied.

• Please call for rental rate

• 2 Fair Passes will be provided to the vendor for the weekend to enter the fair; anymore volunteers for the booth will be required to pay admission fees to enter.

Outdoor Exhibits

• Setup must be completed before 5:00pm Thursday September 13, 2012 if you want to be there for the Thursday night event or by 5:00 pm Friday September 14, 2012. Dismantling will take place after 4:00pm on Sunday September 16, 2012 (or after the demolition derby, whichever is sooner) and not prior to that time.

• Electrical hookup IS NOT available. If you require proper lighting at night you must supply it yourself.

• Security is on staff overnight.

• 2 Fair Passes will be provided to the vendor for the weekend to enter the fair; additional volunteers for the booth will be required to pay admission fees to enter.

Not-for-Profit Exhibits

• Same requirements as listed above, however rental is $37.50 for the entire duration.
