Within this section you will be able to look up different categories for the prize listings for the New Hamburg Fall Fair. Pleae make sure to read the listings carefully before proceeding with preparing your entries.

Rules and Regulations for Home Craft

All articles for competition must be brought to the arena between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday September 13, 2012. Articles are to be picked up between 6:00-7:00 pm on Saturday September 15, 2012.

Please note exhibitor tags must be attached to all exhibits prior to submission. Tags will be available at the Stationery Store prior to the fair. Although we will do our best to care for your exhibits, the Wilmot Agricultural Society will not be responsible for the property of the exhibitors.

Prizes will not be awarded unless exhibit is worthy. We reserve the right to substitute prizes if necessary. Please see the General Rules and Regulations category found at the beginning of the prize list for additional rules as well as applicable regulations in each of the following divisions.

Overall Arena Prize $150 cash to the exhibitor with the most entries in the Homecraft Division Note: Overall Arena Special may not be won by the same exhibitor more than two years in a row.

NOTE: The arena will be closed to all spectators and exhibitors for dismantling between 5 p.m-6 p.m on Saturday September 15th.

Pick up of exhibits will be on Saturday September 15th from 6 pm - 7 pm.

The Home Craft Committee will not be responsible for exhibits left after 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.

HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR TAG!

Example:

Class: 730 (at the beginning of every section)

Section: 95 (the number to the left of your choice)

Article: Applesauce (description in book of what you are entering)

Exhibitor’s No: Your number given to you when you registered. If you don’t know it, you can check at the registration desk.

Name: Your name

Address: Where you live

Please fold over your tag and insert flap to hide your name and address for judging.

If you are entering Jr. Categories please write your age on the top of the tag for the judge to see.
